SHRINE TIMETABLE
Weekday Masses : 8.20 am, throughout the year
11.30 am, from Ash Wednesday to Christmas
Sunday Mass : 10.30 am.
All Pilgrimages : 11 am.
Adoration and Divine Office : times on request

Meals :
Breakfast : 8.20 am to 9.15 am
Lunch : 12.30
Evening Meal : 7.30 pm (7 pm on Sundays)
Special diets can be catered for, if notified in advance.
The hôtellerie provides bed linen. The washing of personal clothing is not included in the price. However, it can be arranged with the management.
Meals not eaten must be paid for, unless the management has been notified in advance.

HANDICAPPED PERSONS :
• Basilica and gardens are accessible
• 2 rooms are built for wheelchairs
• 2 lifts in the building

BOOKING CONDITIONS :
For every reservation we must receive a deposit of 300 Francs. (Cheques should be made payable to l’ERMITAGE DE LA BASILIQUE – C.C.P. 2709-44 H Rouen). This amount will not be refunded if you cancel, but can be credited for another stay.

• Deposits will not be acknowledged, as the cashing of the cheque will be considered by us as acceptance of the booking.

• Telephone reservations will only be accepted if later confirmed in writing with the deposit.

• For any correspondence or request for information, please enclose a stamp, if possible.
